I used to love the Zone Alarm computer suite. It had everything to protect your computer & was great/easy to use. Now the product will not even work. The computer freezes, crashes etc. You have to pay for help, even though it is a new purchase, and they no longer have a phone # to reach them so you have to type everything, which is way too much trouble when you are having probs. DON'T BUY THE NEW ZONE ALARM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
