In the interest of fairness I want to state up front that this company had absolutely the best prices available for Napoleon outdoor grills. Did weeks of shopping around for various models and prices and they beat them all, including the many eBay stores who sell these grills. My grill arrived much more quickly than expected.

At the same time I purchased my grill, I also ordered the grill cover and paid for everything in full prior to delivery. It is now a month later and I still do not have my grill cover. I have been told by their customer service/sales person that the cover is on back order. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase. Had it been disclosed, I could have had a grill cover from someone else within a matter of days. I have been given two different dates that the grill cover was to be shipped and still nothing.

If you purchase from them, do not fail to ask if the item is in stock.
