I called customer service and was told by Amy- at 800-440-4397 that I was to e-mail a cancellation notice to [email protected] and tell them to cancel the trial offer I ordered (since I never received it) She gave me a number I was to include in my e-mail. On 6/19 I sent e-mail to XM Brands at 9:55am / 2:42pm/ 6:21pm/ 8:18pm - 6/20 8:07am/ 1:41pm/ 7:40pm - 6/21 8:02am. I asked for confirmation of cancellation. NOTHING! So, not knowing what to do the next step was to cancel credit card. How can this happen to so many people? Its not right. I will keep flooding them with e-mails until some one contacts me. grace
