I ordered a pair of shoes from zoomkole.com October 9, 2009 and have yet to receive them. Here is a quote directly from their website "Once you pay the items successfully, please Do not worry, we will simultaneously receive your payment confirmation letter, we will automatically ship the order within 36 hours."

I have sent emails requesting tracking information and finally about cancelling the order. The last tracking information I have is from October 20th. The response I got about cancelling the order was to have patience. My patience has ran out. I highly suggest to anyone! not to order shoes from this company!
