Zoots Cleaners of Mass, admits they lost my Ermenegildo Zegna Pants which
cost me over $250 6 months ago, and told me they would only reimburse a
multiple of the cleaning bill which comes to about $90. They stated this was
posted on their Web site but I was unable to find it. They delayed over 4
months in resolving the issue.
