2008 dodge 3500 4x4 dually has been sitting at edwards dodge in dumas tx. for 3 days waiting for the adjuster to show up, was supposed to be there yesterday. I have had 3 licenced mechanics tell me that ball joints and tie-rod ends are bad 2 of which are delership services. The extended warranty people think an adjuster is needed to make sure that vehicle needs fiixing? The above problem has ruined 2, 300 dollars in tires and now is costing me 650.00 day in missed time to work
