I was in an accident whereby a client to zurich had caused the accident so they have to pay for repairs as third party. I have been calling these people since 2009 - december as the accident happened on the 29th November 2009 to date 01 February.
To this day my car has not been fixed and every time I call their offices there is always something new, for the past 2 weeks they have been saying the payment will effect in 48 hours. I have tried being patient with them but they are seriously useless because they lie to the customer.

On the 29th of January it was officially 2months of empty promise.
