taking money from my checkbook

You took money out of my check book without prior notice with me. I want my money back. One check for 29.98. And another withdrawl of 5.98. I will go to the authorities such as my lawyer and better business bureau. Nothing more is to be taken out of my checkbook. Your nothing but a scam operation. I want my money back in full. Leave me alone!!!

TAKING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTORIZATION

I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS ZZ SOLUTION BEFORE.
UNTIL I HAVE CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE SOME MONEY BEING TAKEN OUT AUTOMATICLY PER MONTH. ON AUGUST 2008 THEY TOOK $5.89 THEN ON SEPT 03 2008 THEY TOOK $29.98
AND ANOTHER $5.89 SO I WENT TO MY BANK AND FILE A COMPLAINT THERE. AND I WAS TOLD THAT ZZ SOLUTION HAVE 30 DAYS TO REPLY. THEN THE BANK ITSELF WILL FILE THE PAPERWOK AND SEND IT THRU.

I HAVE CALLED ZZ SOLUTION AND SPOKE TO A MAN THERE AND AFTER WE TALKED, HE CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP WHICH I DID NOT KNOW I HAD. THEN DIRECTED ME TO A WEBSITE CALLED WWW.CREDIT REPORT REFUND. COM
WHICH I CANNOT ACCESS. MY BIG QUESTION IS, HOW DID THIS PEOPLE EVEN GOT MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER?
