I booked 1st Rate Digital Services to move an internet & BT line, fit a large TV bracket to the wall and attach the TV hide wires, and tune home cinema. Work they assured me they were very experienced at. They were a nightmare, difficult to contact did not turn up to arranged re-arranged appointments (I should have seen that as a warning sign) eventually did turn up spent nearly whole time taking phone calls.
