I signed up for services on January 19, 2009 and cancelled on January 21, 2009. The representative did not inform me that I need to cancel with the two companies hidden somewhere within the terms and conditions (Prevent My Identity Theft and Fraud Protection). The grant is nothing but a scheme and the low down bastards had the nerve to tell me that I could not be refunded the charges.
