On 4/1/09, I called 866-546-0923 and spoke with a female about the unauthorized charges that appeared on my debit card on about 2/6/09. She told me to e-mail Janet Johnson at [email protected]. I was unable to directly email her and let her know about my complaints. This is only about the 3 or 4th time I have tried to resolve this issue and so far it has been to no avail. Some time @ Feb. 6, I was looking on the internet and saw where I could receive a free CD containing information regarding how to obtain government grants. I was particularly interested because Pres. Obama's name appeared on the site and it was as he endorsed the selling of the CD. The site was advertising a free CD, only pay S & H. So I submitted my infomation, never seeing anything about a bill for $59.08, because I nver would have boutght it. I know that it did not appear.
