This company is run by a man called Mark Higgins who is undoubtedly the rudest and most obnoxious thing I have spoken to in a very long time. He also trades under cheapleaflets.net. Back in Sept 08 I asked Mr Higgins to design some leaflets for us, which he duly did and we paid for.
