I purchased a Monopoly Here and Now game from their website but it was buggy and didn't work properly. I requested a refund within 24 hours and as per their policy, was supposed to get a refund. I emailed their customer support address **6 TIMES **and NO ONE responded. Also tried getting a refund through Paypal but as I was able to download the game, they would not refund as it was a quality issue and not a problem with not receiving the software.
