I ordered the free trial but I never received anything. I wasn't worried about it until a charge for 78.84 showed up on my march credit card satement. I contacted the company at the number on my statement to let them know I did not receive the product and request a refund. The customer service rep I spoke to told me that according to their records from usps that I received the product. I explained that regardless what usps said I knew I did not receive it.
