After submitting requested documents three times; for a period of three months; I was finally assigned to a loan modification officer. I was current on our loan to that point. the agent outlined a modification program and advised me that documentation would be forwarded to confirm our agreement. I sent in the down payment deposit and the March payment as discussed. the confirming documentation never arrived and of course, three payments have now been missed.
