I bought their anti-virus product and it doesn't work and found out that t's not actually their product but some other companies that they retitled and resold - very misleading. I've called their help desk but they can't resolve the problem. They won't give me my money back and now don't return my calls. Has anyone else run into this problem? I never heard of them but got an email and it looked o.k; my mistake and won't ever buy an on-line product again. My credit card company is having problems getting a response but I'm sure I'm covered with the on-line scam insurance. read full review »
