I ordered a diet/colon cleanse product. They both were supposed to Free 30 day trials. I was supposed to pay the shipping cost of $5.95. My account was charged the shipping cost and then I received the product which wasn't even the product I ordered. I printed out the Return and Exchange Policy and they are telling me that they do not support this product and they show no record of my order.
