I've ordered a book from Icon Books and Multimedia Pte Ltd in December 2008 and made payment in January 2009 but till today, 3 April 2009, I still have not receive the book from them. Sent them many emails to enquire on my book and not all emails replied. Even if reply, will said the book will arrive next week. It's been more than 3 months now and yet the reply always the same or did not reply my emails. read full review »
