Like most other complainers, I ordered the free trial Acai Burn for $4.99 and was sent the first quantity of pills. I was very annoyed that I was charged 4 times that amount! My doctor advised me not to take them, so I contacted the company via their 'contact us' live customer service site. (This does not seem to be available any more). I explained the problem and they agreed that I should send them back by recorded delivery, which I did.
