I ordered Celebrity Sexy Lip Pout because it was a free product for only shipping charges of $4.95. I thought that it would be worth trying. Once I confirmed the order, they immediately charged my credit card $54.95 and told me I would need to file a rebate form that they would be emailing to me within 72 hours. The rebate form never was emailed.
