Celcom: The Master of Conning Celcom broadband service is full of booby traps and surreptituous additions of fees. With a contract-free broadband internet service, there is supposed to be no termination fee at all. However, the real 'termination fee' is based on the monthly outstanding balance prior to termination. And the monthly outstanding balanced is calculated cheapest at RM98 per month.
