I tried to buy a ring on their website(carsons.com) but it kept saying there an error processing my credit card and to resubmit the information after I corrected the information. This went on for 6 tries and afterwards I have found out that they put a hold on my checking account for each time. I have treid for 24 hours now to get the customer service reps to send a letter to my bank telling them that there are no orders to go with the charges and the monies can be returned to my account.
