Does anyone know what Government agency I can contact to make a complaint against a dealer. I bought a car from this dealer, paid cash and was handed a title. When i tried to title the car in virginia I found out it was missing a power of attorney. I received the power of attorney but it only had one of the two signatures needed. I have spoken with the salesman who sold me the car, but said the owner needs to handle this. It has been over a week and i keep getting told that he is going to call me.
