Company Management is unfair to it's employee's it does not know how to manage people. They have a manger that tries to run the plant as a prison and treats people as a piece of furniture not as people. The HR department just goes along when their job should be to protect employee's. This company really needs to be made to understand that they should respect their workers, all of them and they need to treat them as adults not children sneaking around trying to catch people doing things wrong.
