I enrolled with Intec in Jan for the second time this year in a course. To date I have not even recieved my student card, I am suppose to get +- 40 books but only have 3. I phone every week and every time I am told the system is down or they will phone me back. Yesterday I phoned again as 4 months have past and I could not even start with any assingments due to not having books and I was told at 14:30 they will phone back and I am still waiting.
