We procured a LCD TV 42" from Delhi and have been calling your toll free number everyday since 03 Feb 11 for a free demo installation but there has been progress. I've been giving a call everyday but there is no response from your company's end. The customer service is very poor infact pathetic would be the apt word. So please if you can try n ask someoen the reason as to why my call has not been attended to??
