I ordered a custom-made pendant from this business advertised as 14K gold. I have a lot of gold jewelry in my collection, so I know what 14K gold looks like and what 10K gold looks like. I knew immediately that this is 10K, especially since it does not match my 14K gold chain I bought it for. I took it to a jeweler to have it inspected and tested. They told me that it is stamped 14K, but definitely is not 14K. It tested as 10K. I believe it is illegal to stamp a piece of jewelry the wrong karat, is it not?
