Diamonds International and Holland America Cruise Lines are in collusion Holland America steer cruisers to this store and proposse to offer a "store guarantee" if you buy from these "selected stores". If there is a REAproblem HAL does nothing. You will most likely have left the port where the store is located when you discover a problem, and then you have to rely on their NY Service Center, who will make it nearly impossible to remedy any complaints.
