I have a loan through Wells Fargo that my fiance and I used to finance furniture. We recently have had terrible service with them. I have 3 payments left on our furniture and until December 2010 have had no complaints but for the past two months I have. I use traditional mailing methods to get my bills paid. I understand that you must leave adequate time for the mail to run but should trust the bill gets posted within a week.
