I opened an Account with Chase. they carged me $25.00 anual fee for using my DEBIT card as a Credit to earn REWARD POINTS. so I did after few months I was a victim of ONLINE SCAM. I called Chase to Dispute the Charges. They said. I was lied to. the debit card dispute is not same as CREDIT CARD DISPUTE. and I lost $305.00 relying on CHASE BANK. they let the Crooks take my money even after they verifyed the Scam.
