Left a message on Wedensday to find out how to use my already paid for vacation points. All were out to lunch or working flexi hours. No call returned. Phoned back on Thursday, was told well at least you are talking to me now!!! Phoned again today (Friday) had the phone put down on me. Phone back was told that I was put on hold. Whatever and clearly forgot to let me know!! Asked to speak to management was told you can speak to me. Oh so you answer the phones and run the show.
