Had desire for the 7.99 month Netflix service, 1 month free, but charged 3 days after joining(paypal) unable to get refund, I promply canceled. There are no refunds, which I dont respect the business practice, 1-800 number given, but again no refund given. I will avoid netflix due furher concerns of deceptive business behavior. As I review the commments I would love see Netfix address this. The websites states if you see the charges listed you will not be charged, it is just recognition of a valid avenue of pay.
