Friday, 16 April I called Nedbank Insurance and reported a water leak between my water meter and the house. Total length of section is approx 8m. Allocated plumber was Big 6 Plumb. They arrived on site and it was ascertained that the water mains to the complex needed to be turned off. These 2 guys were unwilling to turn off the water to the complex. They then proceeded to 'fix' the water pipe. After the repair was done and I inspected it, I could see that they had only clamped the pipe and not replaced it.
