I purchased prepaid mobile. The dealer had messed up my dox. Through verification call they asked me o submit the dox again. I submitted the dox again immediately. But Airtel barred my outgoing calls & other VAS without waiting for the dox to reach their HO. Worst part is no one in Airtel knows the exact procedure for a failed verification. Look at the explanations I got from various staffs: 1) If verification fails the connection terminated.
