Hi, I ordered 2 pair of shoes on the 25th January 2011 and 8 days later called to see why they were not despatched yet, they said "because it was international it may take up to 14 days, but let me check...oh your order is scheduled for shipping tomorrow" then another 5 days later I called again..."your order will be shipped tomorrow..." and then after another 2 days I called to cancel my order, they said " ok, anything else?"
