This is in reference to the complaint number with Samsung Customer Care : 8424586523, which was made two weeks back for wall mounting the LCD TV is still unattended. I had purchased the LCD from Delhi and then I moved to Bangalore. I called the customer care to get the TV wall mounted for the very first time, but the service center reverted that they cannot get wall mounted kit in Bangalore as I purchased the set from Delhi.
