Deposit my income tax check into my AccountNow account. Now AccountNow will not release my funds to me. First AccountNow said that I need to fax prove of who I am (Valid Driver License) and my Social Security Card, a Bill and a copy of my Income Tax Paper (1040). I did. Now after I did that, Now bvAccountNow will not answer the phone for me. Now what they can do, is transactions for me. They have my license, my social and a bill and my tax form.
