I had the misfortune of entering a Vodacom 4 U store 11379 HILLCREST CORNER DURBAN to ask for the data bundle on my contract to be increased. I was met by Bruce Ngma chewing gum. I requested what I had come into the store to do, and he promptly told me to call the care line as it was free and I should sort it out with them.
