I have posponed the ddue date of my bill so I could pay it along with the next bill. But I have received a fine from collecting agency wich says I have to pay 300.00 euros . I have contacted DNA asking to check my phone record, because it is obvious that some one from DNA company made a mistake and forgot to change it . the only proof I have it is the bill and the date written one it, the new date which I asked when I called .
