I need to change the delivery address for a package with UPS, but am unable to do so because verizonwireless has put a hold on the package. I called verizonwireless to remove the hold, and they were unable to remove the hold that they placed on the package in the first place. Now I have to miss a day of work to receive the package so it doesn't get sent back. I am very angry! read full review »
