I was in a car accident and NetCare was called out. However all is well, and 30 Days later I received the invoice as per normal. Then my medical aid paid the amount outstanding I received a confirmation and everything. So almost a year has passed, I go into ABSA today and get told I am blacklisted by NetCare. However during these past few months I have received no correspondents from NetCare about the outstanding amount (which is paid).
