I've applied for a loan from Nedbank on 0304. I indicated on appl that the loan is urgent. The loan was prov approved the same day & by 0904 had sent all the docs required incl my ID copy which Susan insisted I get, despite teling her I have misplaced the ID, hence I sent passport (mind you I'm not a new customer to Nedbank &other banks accept passports). On 1204 I sent Susan an e-mail wanting to find if she has received the docs & to find out if there was anyway that they can send the contract to a branch for me to sign to speed up... read full review »
