I received an e-mail from Zandile saying that I can upgrade 2 phones. I am a respected client with 5 accounts with Virgin Mobile, and have always paid my accounts up to date. I sent a list of 2 phones that I am interested in, after Zandile said she will calculate the costs of the new phones. Then I got a response saying that the credit department declined my request.
