I have a personal loan with Edgars which i will be paying my last installment on end of May 2010 to settle it and have tried (*** knows how many times) to get a person who can assist me with the latest balance amount outstanding. Gosh, its a total nightmare to get through to one such a person. First of all you DO NOT and i mean DO NOT receive statements that keep you updated on your balances, you just keep paying in the dark.
