On 02-08-2011, I arrived at a scheduled tax appointment at H&R Block at 7:00pm. I met with tax consultant, Quinessa, and began filing my taxes. After hearing I would owe this year I knew an error had been made. I requested we stop the process so I could go home, call my company, before filing. Tax consultant refused to return to me my tax information including my W2 and tax deduction information. We argued for 3 minutes about these items.
