It took 4 months and many errors and mis-filed paper work on their end to start automatic mortgage payments. Their mistakes led to several headaches with us, our checking account and our finances. Then, after refinancing with a different bank, they continued to Automatically withdraw mortgage payments from my account and then refund my account. I finally had to place a permanent block in my checking account so that they can never withdraw. So much wasted time. now I'm just typing because this review has to be a minimum of 100 words. SO MUCH WASTED TIME HERE AS WELL. So frustrating. read full review »
