A young black man came to my door with credentials and asked "do you believe in giving someone a second chance?" He went on about a program to keep him and other inner city youths out of trouble...same thing I have heard before from other door to door sales people. I was reluctant at first, but gave in because he seemed very genuine. I ordered a two year subscription to a magazine and wrote the kid a check for $55.00. That was on 9-22-2010.
