Hi, I have just bought a new number with a leading mobile service provider here in india.The network i get is working fine.I am here specifically to point out the disfunctional IVR service provided by Airtel. I have been trying to get through the IVR to talk to a customer service professional but without any results, The IVR is not capable of registering the right numbers i feed.It keeps me looping back repeatedly.I am not sure how can i talk to someone on the customer service end.They are charging me for a caller tunes service without... read full review »
