Bought the Samsung Galaxy Europa Mobile in good faith and cannot text with it, there seems to be a software problem and the company know about this. So instead of replacing or refunding my money Samsung prefer to leave me with a phone which does not work, until they sort out the software problem and they cant advise when that will be either. I have had no help whatsoever from Samsung's customer service or complaints department they tell me; its really my problem and I will have to wait until they can find a solution. I am so unhappy that they have sold me a product that is not fit for purpose and they dont want to do anything about it!!! read full review »
