Sir/ Madam, It is submitted that I am not receiving e-statement of my saving account No. 3034000100058891 on my -email ID since August, 2010 till date. The e-statements for the month of May, June & July, 2010 have already been received on my mail ID. Two complaints in this behalf have been lodged with the customer care centre vide doc. No.52638918 dated 17.12.2010 and 53186189 dated 6.1.2011, but no action has been taken in this regard.
